Charles Paquin
President and Chief Executive Officer

Mr. Paquin initially joined Resun in August, 2001, in the capacity of Chief Financial Officer, and was promoted to President and CEO in November 2003. Prior to joining Resun, Mr. Paquin was Chief Financial Officer for Volvo Commercial Finance North America, a captive finance company with $3 billion in assets in Canada, United States and Mexico. Among his significant previous positions, Mr. Paquin was employed by General Electric Company (1989 - 1995). His last assignment at GE was Team Leader of Finance for the Commercial Transportation leasing division of GE Capital Fleet Services in Minneapolis, Minn. Mr. Paquin holds both a BS and a MBA in International Finance from the University of Ottawa.

Deborah Popko
Vice President and Controller

Ms. Popko joined Resun as Controller in April 2005. Since joining Resun, she has successfully led the Accounting and Finance groups during two years of tremendous business growth and development. As a Senior Leader, Ms. Popko is responsible for ModSpace's financial reporting requirements, business planning, audit and tax filings, general accounting and management of the accounting organization. Ms. Popko came to ModSpace with over 18 years of comprehensive experience including four years as a practicing CPA in the public sector, eight-plus years of progressively more responsible positions in the technology industry and more than three years on the Senior Management Team of a leading international software solutions organization. In addition to her CPA, Ms. Popko holds a BS in Accounting from the Indiana University of Pennsylvania.

Keith Shipp
Senior Vice President, Sales

As the leader of the entire ModSpace Commercial Team, Mr. Shipp has responsibility for driving customer growth, penetration and retention. Mr. Shipp joined GE Modular Space in May, 2004, from the Fleet Services unit of GE Commercial Finance, based in Eden Prairie, Minn., where he led a New Business Development Team for large accounts. He has 17 years commercial experience in various roles, including leadership of Fleet's Financial Solutions New Business Sales Team, Strategic Consulting Team, ACFC, Regional Sales Management and Direct Sales. Mr. Shipp holds a BS/BA in Finance and Marketing from Shippensburg University.

Kevin Bremer
Senior Vice President, Operations

As the leader of the ModSpace Operations Team, Mr. Bremer has responsibility for sales fulfillment for more than 130 branch locations in Canada and the United States. Mr. Bremer joined GE Capital Fleet Services in 1995 after serving in sales and management roles with Polaroid Corp. At GE, Bremer's team led the effort to improve GE Modular Space renewals tracking, the GE Modular Space Account Dashboard, and the training support for the Branch Rental Blitz Program. Kevin earned a BS in Management Sciences & Accounting at the State University of New York at Geneseo, and is a certified Six Sigma Green Belt.

Marc Boily
Senior Vice President, Canada

Mr. Boily is Senior Vice President for ModSpace in Canada, which is headquartered in Mississauga, Ontario. He was the Canadian leader of GE Modular Space for the past seven years, having joined the company in January, 1997, as a Territory Manager in Toronto. Prior to GE, he was with one of Canada's largest modular manufacturers, Les Maisons Quebco, based in Val-d'Or, Quebec, where he served as Vice President, Sales and Marketing, and was part owner for a period of nine years. Mr. Boily earned a BBA with a double major in Marketing and Human Resources from Bishop's University, Lennoxville, Quebec.

James Sheets
Vice President, Legal Affairs and General Counsel

Mr. Sheets joined Resun in January, 2004, and is responsible for managing all legal affairs of ModSpace and advising key management and the Board of Directors on the legal aspects of day-to-day business operations. He also serves as Corporate Secretary for ModSpace. Prior to joining Resun, Mr. Sheets was an attorney in the Washington, D.C. office of Ober Kaler, P.C., where he was a member of the Bankruptcy and Commercial Finance Department and regularly advised equipment leasing companies, including Resun. Mr. Sheets holds a BA in Medieval History from the University of North Carolina and a Juris Doctor from Washington and Lee University School of Law. He is admitted to practice in all state and federal courts in Maryland, Virginia and the District of Columbia.

John Gamble
Vice President, Integration

Mr. Gamble joined Resun in June, 2004, and has overall responsibility for the Field and Corporate Operations Organization of ModSpace, driving process improvement, order fulfillment, customer service, compliance and cost controls. Mr. Gamble brings to ModSpace 20 years of progressive leadership experience in multi-level management, business development, sales, certified Six Sigma process improvement and controllership. Prior to joining Resun, Mr. Gamble was Vice President, Remarketing for GE Modular Space responsible for fleet divestiture. Mr. Gamble has been recognized with numerous awards during his career including being a multiple winner of the prestigious Pinnacle and Team One Awards. Mr. Gamble received a BS in Business Management from Wright State University, and is a Certified Six Sigma Black Belt.
