Site Preparation

The MODULAIRE Enclosure building system requires very little site preparation in most cases. The components are designed to strengthen one another as they are fastened together. Once the shell is complete the building bears its weight very evenly around its footprint. This makes the requirements of the base of floor of the structure very simple. Small buildings and medium size buildings often do not require any preparation just a level place to put the building. Larger buildings can be easily anchored onto concrete, wood or even asphalt surfaces.
